01 Overview
Due to the real-time nature of our financial services — where funds are disbursed instantly to customers — our refund policy has specific conditions and limitations. We urge customers to carefully review transaction details before confirming any transaction with our team.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy.
02 Non-Refundable Service Charges
Our service charges are non-refundable under the following circumstances:
- The transaction has been successfully completed and cash has been disbursed to the customer.
- The transaction has been successfully completed and funds have been transferred to the customer's bank account.
- The customer agreed to the service charges before the transaction was initiated.
By initiating a transaction with InstaPay Credit Card, you explicitly agree to the applicable service charge for that transaction.
03 Failed Transactions
In the event of a failed transaction — where your credit card has been charged but the cash has not been disbursed or the bank transfer has not been completed — you are entitled to a full refund:
- Full amount charged (including service fee) will be refunded.
- Refund will be processed within 3–7 business days to the original credit card account.
- The actual credit to your account depends on your card-issuing bank's processing timeline.
- You must report the failed transaction within 24 hours for it to qualify under this policy.

04 Incorrect Transfer
If funds are transferred to an incorrect bank account, the outcome depends on the cause of the error:
- Error by InstaPay Credit Card: If the transfer was made to an incorrect account due to an error on our part, we will make every effort to recover and redirect the funds. A full refund or corrected transfer will be arranged within 5–7 business days upon verification.
- Error by Customer: If incorrect bank account details were provided by the customer, InstaPay Credit Card shall not be held liable for the resulting loss. We will assist in any recovery efforts possible but cannot guarantee recovery of funds transferred to third-party accounts.
Always double-check your bank account number and IFSC code before confirming any transfer with our team.
05 Duplicate Transactions
In case of duplicate charges arising from a system or technical error on our part:
- The excess amount will be identified through our reconciliation process.
- Refund of the duplicate amount will be processed within 5–7 business days upon verification.
- You may also report suspected duplicate charges by contacting our team with transaction evidence.
06 Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Cancellation requests initiated by the customer are subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations before transaction initiation: No charges apply. The transaction will be cancelled without any cost.
- Cancellations after transaction initiation but before fund disbursement: May be considered at our sole discretion. A cancellation processing fee may apply.
- Cancellations after cash disbursement or confirmed bank transfer: No refund is possible as the transaction is irreversible at this stage.
⚠️ Once cash is physically handed over or a bank transfer is confirmed, the transaction cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstances.
07 How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

- Provide your full name and mobile number used during the transaction.
- Provide the transaction amount, date, and time.
- Describe the reason for the refund request clearly.

08 Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved by our team, processing timelines are as follows:
- Failed transaction refunds: 3–7 business days.
- Duplicate charge refunds: 5–7 business days.
- Incorrect transfer recovery (InstaPay Credit Card error): 5–10 business days.
These timelines are from the date of approval of your refund request. The actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank's processing schedule, which is outside our control.
09 Exceptions & Special Cases
InstaPay Credit Card reserves the right to decline refund requests in the following circumstances:
- Refund request is submitted more than 24 hours after the transaction.
- Sufficient evidence of failure or error is not provided.
- The transaction was completed successfully as requested by the customer.
- The refund request appears to be part of fraudulent or bad-faith activity.
- The customer violated our Terms & Conditions.
